BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR FOR HIGH FUNCTIONING TEAMS:

the most widely used psychological instrument in the United
States for several decades running, this instrument is
sometimes used in dangerous ways. And although it was
created for to help people gain self-understanding, in
worst-case scenarios, it can be used as a justification
for poor behavior, for not getting along and for not understanding
someone else’s point of view. Our take is slightly
different. It’s about finding a way to have fun,
with an understanding of how bring light to blind spots
and broaden communication palettes. When communicating
with people in the workplace it often seems like they
