Toni Tabora-Roberts t-love pdx: ramblings of a dabbler

Toni is a Co-Founder of Process Space. She is also an independent artist and professional dabbler, bringing over 10 years experience in non-profit and arts work, primarily in visual, performing, media arts and wellness fields. She also works at KBOO Community Radio as PR & Outreach Coordinator; writes with The Asian Reporter and is a Quiz Master Extraordinaire with Pub Quiz Oregon.

Other current dabblings include: APA Compass radio collective at KBOO, Board of Directors at Bitch Magazine; Organizing Committee for the Asian Pacific American Film Experience in Park City which celebrates Asian American filmmakers at the Sundance and Slamdance film festivals; certified yoga instructor.

Toni was Associate Director of ArtsChange, a community based arts organization with a mission to join vibrant, innovative arts programs with community, health and healing in Richmond, California. In addition, she was Media Fund Director at Center for Asian American Media (CAAM), overseeing CAAM’s funding initiatives and producer resources. She also worked with the MadCat Women’s Film Festival as Special Projects Coordinator and she served as Coordinating Producer at San Francisco-based Globalstage Productions, a production company developing children’s theatre videos. Toni has a wide background in performance with groups like IO, The Playground, and RED in Chicago, and RHYTHM COLLECTIVE in San Francisco. She was also director of the San Francisco improv group THE FROOKIES.
